The Ren Omakase Experience

To provide a more seamless and guest-centered experience, Ren will no longer apply a mandatory service charge, effective immediately.

Beginning November 26, the omakase menu will be $250 per guest (before tax).

Each dining experience lasts approximately two hours from your reserved time.

Corkage Fee:

$65 per 750ml bottle (or smaller), up to 3 bottles; $125 per 751–1800ml bottle; Additional bottles beyond the first three incur $50 per bottle

Food Allergies and Dietary Restriction:

We apologize that we cannot accommodate requests for non-sushi, vegetarian, or gluten-free options. However, reduced-gluten alternatives may be available upon prior request.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 2 days in advance so we can prepare appropriate accommodations.

Same-day reservations with new allergy or dietary requests may not be accommodated.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy (Unified)

A $250 per-guest hold is placed at booking.

Your card is not charged now — it is only charged if the cancellation policy is violated.

1. Unified 24-Hour Policy

• All cancellations within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, incur the $250 per-guest fee.

• No-shows also incur the $250 per-guest fee.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation at no charge.

2. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

If you request to reschedule within 24 hours, the $250 per-guest fee applies.

However, we will apply $100 total as a credit toward your next reservation with Ren.

This courtesy credit applies only when rescheduling within 24 hours (not for full cancellations).

3. Same-Day Reservation Policy

If your reservation was made and canceled on the same day, the unified policy applies:

• $250 per guest will be charged.

This prevents waste of rare, time-sensitive ingredients prepared specifically for your evening.

No exceptions.

Arrival & Dining Experience

We kindly ask you to arrive on time. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals. For the 5:30 PM seating, service ends promptly at 7:45 PM to prepare for the next reservation.
